TRAMPOLINE TRNG WAS THE WORST D:
I swear, i didnt expect this.
First thing we did was to lay out mats.
And then we started with jumping D:
Straight jumps and all. It was so tiring D:
Then we ran 5 rounds almost immediately.
Then we did 30 V-ups, 30 the other way round idk wht its called luh.
Then pushups, And situps sideways and tuck D:
THREE SETS! D: And nnnooo break luh.
Like wht the helllll.
FACE DROP MANZXZXZXZXZXZXZXZ.
SUCKS LIKE ANYTHING D:
I scraped my knee and elbow and chin, my toenail broke
and i sprained my neck D:
AND I HAVE BACKACHE.
